I have had the pleasure of knowing Andrew Welsh since 2008 when my wife and I asked him to quote on a house we had designed. We  subsequently gave the contract for construction to Andrew and we were impressed with the way he ran the project.

Andrew was punctual for all appointments, reliable and above all, totally honest. He made himself available for discussion or changes we wanted at any time and the finished product was exactly what we wanted. He offered advice when we asked for it and never at any time did he try to push us in another direction.

Owners of newly built houses in our area have told us some horrible stories about their construction experiences. In comparison, ours was completed on time and on budget and it seems that we had a “dream run”.

Since the completion of our home in May 2009, we have kept in contact with Andrew socially. He has been a guest in our home regularly and we have no hesitation in recommending him for similar projects.

We have no hesitation in recommending Welsh Building Co P/L. Andrew the director of welsh building did a great job on our renovation at what we thought was a fair price.

He squared off our old arched garage doors, built a carport and gatehouse and poured a new exposed aggregate driveway. It looks amazing and we are really happy with the result.

We found Andrew to be honest, approachable and most importantly, reliable. We have had renovations done at our house before and had problems with no shows from tradesmen.

Andrew came on the day he had organised and stayed till the job was completed. We’re sure you’ll be happy with the quality of Welsh Building work & work ethic.

Andrew Welsh has been know to me on a business level for 10 years.

He has been contracted by our development company to construct several residential projects, both single and multiple dwellings over this time.

His work has always been completed punctually and efficiently and has met our standard and expectations.

His most recent project for us has been at Casuarina by way of duplex construction in 2010.

I would happily recommend him as a building contractor.
