This duplex was design with the modern style in mind, consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living and dining downstairs overlooking the courtyard. All fixtures used were with a modern style, this block was quiet narrow block of land so design to detail as apparent. Was a difficult block to build on however for Welsh building co, was just another challenge.

This house consist of 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 living with a double garage. Main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the golf course also the pool. This house is well suited to the larger family. This house took about 6 months to build using the best fixtures on the market.
