If a list of internal selections (type of toilet suite, tapware etc) are not stated our quote will generally be based on provisional sum amounts (e.g. $5,000 supply of tiles)
We at Welsh building co use HIA Limited contract, original copy will be issued to all parties involved. Council will not approve applications until they have received all insurance certifications required. All this process will be taken care of by us. Fees to all authorities will be mentioned in the quotation.
Welsh building Co is covered by Public Liability to a sum of $20,000,000.

Selections will be made during the quoting stage and confirm during construction. Choosing your internal items can be help by our team with professional experience making your decision easier.
We at Welsh building prefer not to have variations which can create undue stress to all parties, discussion being made with the help of our team does eliminate confusion. However if there is to be a change. Prices will be presented, time of wait etc will be provide. Variations are to be signed by all parties prior to the varied work going ahead. If an extra costing is required this will be invoiced to the next stage under the contract, and payment to be made before continuing.
Progress claim stages are written in the contract (e.g. base stage, frame stage). The final invoice will be given with final amount payable before handover.
Practical completion means work has been completed, may have some minor items defects or an item is not completed (i.e. door handle missing etc), but the building is fit for its intended use.
Handover of your property is carried out when works have reached practical completion, and all parties are satisfied that work is completed and all payments of progress claims have been made in full.
At handover an inspection with the client will be arranged, yes small defects may be noticed once items are being used, defects of building work should be notified in writing to Welsh Building Co within four months of practical completion, this is all covered in the HIA contract. If a purchased item is faulty then a supplier warranty call will be made & their individual warranty
