Who are the key contacts at each stage of the construction process?
Pre-build - before we start to build your home, your main points of contact will be: • Customer Service Coordinator – they will organise the formal design/building briefing appointment with you. • Design/Build Manager – helping you find the right home design for your lifestyle and budget. On-site – once construction has begun, your main points of contact will be: • Site Manager – ensures the process is running smoothly and will keep you informed of the progress of your home. • Support Coordinator – works in conjunction with the Site Manager to answer any questions you may have throughout the build process.

We do not write our own contracts – we use the HIA (Housing Industry Association) New Home Construction Contract. This is an industry contract document that complies with the Domestic Building Contracts Act 2000.
5
A variation is a request to change an item in your contract that has been agreed to by us in writing. Your contract will specify in detail how variations are to be dealt with.
6
Inclusions are the fixtures, fittings and finishes that are included in a specific price range of your new home. There are many styles of inclusions, and as we are custom builders, you can choose any fittings, fixtures and finishes that are available. It is all in your hands, and we will guide you through that process. We have an experienced design team that can help meet your lifestyle and budget.
