This building won best villa/townhouse for 2018 HIA awards, here at welsh building co was very pleased with the end result as to the owners. This duplex was design with the modern style in mind, consist of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, living and dining downstairs overlooking the courtyard. All fixtures used were with a modern style, this block was quiet narrow block of land so design to detail as apparent. Was a difficult block to build on however for Welsh building co, was just another challenge.
